Due to the limited amount of awards available, earning a medal status does not guarantee you will earn that cash award amount. All cash awards are taxable. Please consult with your tax advisor on any potential impact a cash award may have on your paycheck.
Eligibility and Payout
To be eligible for a cash award, you must be a Regular-class employee participating in the County of Ventura's Flexible Benefits Program and receive a paycheck during the payout period on October 31, 2025. A second payout date of March 2026 will be available to those on leave of absence at the time of the first payout.
New to Wellthy Rewards?
Eligible employees who earn a Wellthy Rewards cash award for the first time will receive a $50 bonus added to their cash award.
Spread the Wellth Referral Points
Earn up to 50 points by referring other employees to the program when they achieve at least Bronze status.
